ONLINE BOOK CROWDFUNDING PLATFORM

This paper presents the development of a functional and cost-effective web platform for crowdfunding book projects, tailored to the needs of authors and readers. The project resulted in a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) built using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend tools such as Tailwind CSS and Stimulus. The platform integrates key services, including Monobank and YouTube APIs, and supports full interaction between creators and audiences. The research demonstrates the feasibility of creating a scalable solution by a solo developer.
