Abstract

This study presents the development of a web application for managing projects and tasks, built using Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend. The system includes user authentication, project and task assignment, time tracking, financial monitoring, and messenger integration to enhance communication. The chosen architecture ensures scalability and usability, focusing on effective team coordination and transparent project execution.
