Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the most relevant engineering and technological solutions in the field of waveguide design, integration with light sources and receivers, nonlinear optics and modulation. The materials have applied significance for the development of photonics, telecommunications, sensors, spectroscopy, quantum computing and miniature optoelectronic systems of the new generation.
