Abstract

The paper examines modern rendering algorithms that underlie image generation in computer graphics. Classical and modern approaches are analyzed, including rasterization algorithms, ray tracing, global illumination, and hybrid methods. The directions of development of realistic rendering in the context of Web3D, real-time visualization, and hardware acceleration are outlined.
